The Anvil Consultancy training programme

The training style
The
training combines formal presentations with experiential and
participatory learning methods in a relaxed and stress free
atmosphere.
How participants will benefit
At
the end of the course participants will be equipped to manage their
own stress and to recognize stress symptoms in others, enabling them
to intervene to help prevent stress-induced illness.
The format of the training
The
training can be presented in one day or as two half-day seminars at
various top class venues in the East Midlands or run in-house if
required. A series of short courses can also be arranged
Help for individual employees
For
individual employees suffering from stress-related illness,
personal, confidential counselling help can also be offered, either
at their own expense or through an arrangement with their employing
organisation.
